Rates are down!

Although rates are not where they were back in May & June, with a 30 year mortgage now back at 5.875 to 6.0 percent for conventional-conforming loans, people are now looking again at refinancing. Mortgages secured two or three years ago ranged from 9 to 11 percent. It is definitely worth looking into again if you haven't done so yet.
